FORM FIVE ADMISSIONS 2026/2027

2. PCB — Physics, Chemistry and Biology

3. CBG — Chemistry, Biology and Geography

4. EGM — Economics, Geography and Mathematics

5. EBuAc — Economics, Business and Accountancy

6. HGE — History, Geography and Economics

7. HGL — History, Geography and English

8. HGK — History, Geography and Kiswahili

9. HKL — History, Kiswahili and English

10. DKL — Divinity, Kiswahili and English

ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 

• Applicants must provide their CSEE Index Number, examination year and subject grades as required in the application form.

• Each applicant must choose three subject combinations in order of preference: First Choice, Second Choice and Third Choice.

• Application Fee: TZS 20,000/=
